At RingConn, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your smart wearable experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the RingConn smart ring, charging case, and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
